This add-on will be deduct automatically in the beginning of each month. For cancellation, please complete the process before the next period begin or before the deduction is made.

With USD 10 face value and use in conjunction with T-Mobile prepaid plan. Charges is base on: US landline cost + standard rate (depend on the country you call to) for Dynasky Sino phone card.

CT will activate the SIM card one day prior to your arrival date. After arriving in the U.S, please insert the SIM card into your phone, select signal manually or automatically and enjoy immediate service.
Extra refills will be deposited directly into your mobile phone number account.
CT will top-up your recharge amount directly to your account and the next cycle plan will be activated automatically if your balance is enough for the plan’s required amount.
$40 is immediately deducted once your monthly plan is activated and lasts for 30 days of service. (If you only purchased $40, on the first day of the plan’s activation, your account balance will be 0)
Please note that if you have refilled more than one month plan’s fee, the first month will deduct $40 and the rest of the refill amount will be displayed in your account balance.
If using international calls, international SMS or other paid services, extra surcharges will be deducted from your balance. Please note that this may cause insufficient funds to continue your next data plan.
Internet access is available only within U.S domestic (hotspot sharing available). Enjoy unlimited internet access with up to 2GB (4G LTE) high-speed data at speeds of 60Mbps. Exceeding the 2GB allotment will reduce your data speed to 128kbps for the remaining time until your next plan starts or current plan expires.

Most phones automatically update your network and are ready to use when inserting a new SIM card. However, some phones need to be set manually; if this is the case, please manually set your mobile network APN as epc.tmobile.com
There is a multitude of phones in the market, so please check if your phone is compatible with U.S cellular frequencies before your trip.
If your cell phone specifications match but you are unable to access the internet, it might be a phone setting issue, please check your phone manual and reset the internet and APN. If the problem persists, please contact your phone manufacturer for more information.
Some phones are unable to share hotspots and Wi-Fi tethering, please conduct a self-test to ensure correct use.
Note: As long as the T-Mobile system determines that your account has been activated correctly, there can be no refund.
